Trinny anti-ageing skincare almost half price in rare sale
Skincare and beauty brand Trinny, from Trinny Woodall, is based on the fashion and beauty expert’s 20-year career in the industry. The 61-year-old has created products she would use herself – so it caters to a wide range of ages. However, given the powerful ingredient list in each product, the premium brand may seem pricey for some budgets.
Luckily, right now there are some amazing discounts up for grabs on the website.
It’s rare that Trinny has a sale aside from the occasional flash sitewide deal, and the discount usually doesn’t go higher than 25% off. However, there’s currently a big deal on the Superhero Serums Set, with 40% off, reducing the price from £89 to just £53.40.
And it’s a product that fans have gone wild for, with one person declaring the skincare is so good, that she has tricked family members into thinking she’s gone under the knife.
Trinny fans are leaving their feedback on the popular Superhero Serums Set, with one describing it as the: ”Best skincare I have ever used! My brother thinks I’ve had a facelift!”
Another commented: ”Love the Vit C and Retinal. Still waiting to see how effective Plump Up is on my skin. Now I just have to be consistent in using it!”
A third shopper added: ”These are great for travel, look good and love they stack. The bag they come in is an added bonus in a lovely grey colour.”
One of Trinny’s unique creations is the product stack, which allows pots of skincare and make-up to click together into stacks for travel and storage. The Superhero Serums Set does just that, with three anti-ageing serums that can be stacked.
Each product on the Trinny website includes a skin goal, which for this set is described as ‘plump, glowing, ageless skin’, and it targets ‘loss of firmness, wrinkles and dullness’. The powerful ingredients aren’t for everyone – the set is for normal/dry skin but not sensitive skin – and the 30% Vitamin C serum should only be used by experienced skincare users.
Touted as ‘starter sizes’ for those looking to test out Trinny products, they are handy for travel and fit neatly inside the included Chepstow bag, which can also be bought separately for £20. In fact, if you bought each of the products and the bag separately, it would set you back £101.
The set is not the only deal at Trinny right now, as the Archive Sale also slashes the Lip2Cheek – a multitasking lip and cheek cream colour from £26 to £15.60, or the Cheekbone contour, for defining and sculpting the face, is reduced from £25 to £15.
If you’re looking for an easy way to add radiance and light coverage to your skin, one of my personal favourites from the range is the Trinny BFF SPF 30 Cream, which gave me a super-glowy finish.
Elsewhere in the world of skincare, the ever-popular No7 range has several price drops at Boots, including the No7 Future Renew Collection. The collection includes four mini versions of the brand’s most innovative range, which helps to reverse skin damage and halt signs of ageing – it’s now £39.95 instead of £80.88.
If you’re in need of a full skincare routine and want products that work well together, the Nip + Fab Ageless Radiance Morning Skincare Routine Kit could be a good choice. With seven full-sized anti-ageing products, the combination is designed for anti-ageing, tackling dullness, dryness and wrinkles. Altogether, the products are worth £147.65, but cost £74.95 in the set.
